The Neil Project is a charitable trust set up in memory of Neil Alexander Dalby who lived life to the full despite his battle against leukaemia.

Expressing his ambition for the future, Neil said, "I want to run an outdoor centre where poorly children can do things like riding, canoeing and abseiling."

This remained his goal even when damage to his spinal cord paralysed him from the waist down. He was still telling his friends it is possible to abseil in a wheelchair or paddle a canoe!
